Beacon World Cup is a free reservation system for FIFA 2026 World Cup watch parties hosted at Carter's Restaurant & Events, 424 Main St, Beacon NY. Organized by United FC Beacon, a local adult recreational soccer club.

Reservations are free and don't constitute a contract or guarantee of seating. We do our best to honor every reservation, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis on the day. Please arrive 30 minutes before kickoff.

Cancel your reservation anytime from your profile page or directly from the match card on the home page. We appreciate the early notice — every freed spot helps someone on the waitlist.

If you don't show up, we can't hold the seat indefinitely; we'll release it to the waitlist. Repeated no-shows may result in your account being limited.

All food and drink at the watch parties is sold by Carter's directly under their normal terms. We don't process payments or collect any money. The watch parties are free; you pay Carter's for what you order.

Reservations made 24 or more hours before kickoff entitle the reserving account holder to one complimentary shot at the bar on arrival for that match. The perk is one shot per reservation, redeemed in person by showing the voucher in your profile to bar staff. Eligibility is determined by the timestamp of your reservation and the official kickoff time. Carter's reserves the right to substitute the offering, limit availability, require ID, or decline service in line with their house policy. The perk has no cash value and cannot be transferred or stockpiled.

Treat Carter's staff and other patrons well. Carter's reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn't, per their own house policy. Disruptive behavior may result in your being asked to leave and your account being limited.

Beacon World Cup and United FC Beacon are not liable for matters at the venue — that's Carter's. We're a reservation system, not the host.

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the current version.
