We collect the minimum we need to run reservations, send you sign-in codes, and email you when a match you requested gets hosted. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with ad networks. We don't track you around the web.
What we store
- Your email — used to sign in, send OTPs, send reservation-related emails, and notify you when a requested match gets hosted.
- Your name and phone number — collected at first sign-in so Carter's knows who to expect at the door and how to reach you if plans change.
- Your reservations, waitlist entries, and host requests — needed to run the reservation system.
- Sign-in events (timestamp, IP, user agent) — kept for security auditing.
Where we store it
On Amazon Web Services in the United States. RDS Postgres for the database, Cognito for authentication, SES for email. The application is deployed via AWS Amplify Hosting.
Sign-in codes are transactional and required for you to use the site. Other emails (host-approval notifications, broadcasts about a game) can be unsubscribed from via the link at the bottom of every email or by replying to any of them.
Sharing
We don't share your data with third parties. Carter's staff sees the attendee list (name, phone) on game day for check-in purposes. That's the extent of it.
Deletion
Email the Club at unitedfcbeacon@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and everything associated with it.
